Robyn (Woods) O'Rourke was born November 28, 1972. She graduated from Ponca City Senior High School in May of 1991 and attended the University of Oklahoma on academic scholarship. Robyn met Todd Pollman in 1992 through mutual friends from the OU Honors Dorm, where they were both residents during their freshman years. (Todd in 1990-91 and Robyn in 1991-92.) Robyn has a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science.

After college graduation (but before her engagement to Todd) Robyn was employed as an activities therapist at the JEVS A.P. Orleans Industries (OI) Day Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Shortly after Robyn and Todd were married in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Robyn suffered a relapse of what we thought was Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFIDS/CFS/ME), and also Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS). She was also diagnosed with Neurally Mediated Hypotension (NMH) in August of 1996. Robyn currently receives SSDI. Robyn recently had her CFS & FMS diagnoses switched to Lyme Disease -- and she's now a stay-at-home mom with our very first child, a son, born on February 3, 2004.

Todd Pollman was born August 29, 1972. He attended Coral Springs High School and graduated in May 1990. Todd then went on to attend the University of Oklahoma. He earned his undergrad B.S. in Environmental Science, before pursuing a Master's in Geography. Todd worked as an Assistant Network Administrator, for the University of Oklahoma Office of the Controller, during graduate school. Todd was a Senator in the OU Graduate Student Senate, and also served as Secretary of the Internal Affairs Committee. He was also a member of the University of Oklahoma Honors Program during his undergrad days.

Robyn and Todd moved to the Tampa Bay, FL, area in January of 1997. Todd then went to work in the computer tech industry as a Support Technician. He was quickly promoted to Senior Support Technician, and then to Associate Systems Engineer, and Systems Engineer.

Todd now works as a Computer Consultant for a new company, specializing in storage and security.

Todd is a 3Com Wizard, Adaptec ACE, DPT SCSI and RAID Specialist Level I & Level II, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP + Internet), and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). This big event originally hit the 'Net in 1995 - in the hopes of bringing more awareness to the life-shattering illness known to many as Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS/CFS/ME).
